Your First Visit

Female patient consultation When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you and assist with any necessary paperwork. You’ll need to complete a Confidential Health Intake Form, which you can download and fill out in advance to save time. Your practitioner will then conduct a thorough assessment, discussing your health history and concerns.

In most cases, you’ll receive initial treatment during this visit. Please allow up to one hour for this appointment.

For Chiropractic Patients: Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation consisting of a complete orthopedic and neurological exam. If we feel that X-rays are necessary for care, we can provide a referral.

For Physiotherapy Patients: Please bring any relevant medical records, including imaging results, and wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing to allow for easy movement during your assessment and treatment.

Your Second Visit

During this “Results Visit,” we’ll discuss our findings from your first appointment and review any test results.

You’ll receive a comprehensive information package, and we’ll answer key questions about your condition and treatment plan. We’ll also perform an adjustment or therapy session. This visit typically takes about 30 minutes.

Continuing Care

Based on your individual needs, we’ll recommend a care plan. The decision to continue treatment is always yours.
